Charges for changing agreed credit terms.

  • For the release of securities such as, inter alia, registration, pledged business inventory and pledged insurance and / or the return of registration certificates or other documents we charge $100,00 (incl. postage). If for the release of securities an appraisal report is required or notarial fees are incurred, you will be charged for these.
  • If there is a change to be made in the payment of interest or principal loan amount, no fee will be charged for the first time. As of the second time if changes are deemed necessary, an amount of $100,00 will be charged. Examples include a deferral of repayment or a change in the term of the loan.
  • Costs for the processing of any other change for which in many cases new loan documentation ought to be prepared, such as deeds and other agreements, $500,00 will be charged for each amendment individually carried out. Examples include changing business form, changing of the entry in the Commercial Register, in some cases removal from the joint and several liabilities of a (co) borrower or guarantor or any other modification other than what is already listed under 1 and 2 of this list.
